Come alongside others in our community to help assemble comfort kits, hear from people about the impact these kits will have on foster children in our area, write personal notes to place in each bag, and get more information from foster/adoption agencies about how to further support foster children.  This year we will also have the opportunity to create kits for 20 youth who will be aging out of the foster care system this year and will begin to live independently.  There is something really amazing about working together as a community to meet the needs of those around us.  Let's bring encouragement and hope to these kids together!  You won't want to miss it!

**Feel free to bring any "extra items" to the event to add a special touch to the kits you assemble.  Here are some ideas of items that may help bring an smile to the face of a child in transition...fidget spinners, lolipops, bubbles, small toys, nailpolish, stickers, games, costume jewelry, chapstick, socks, small giftcards, stamps, envelopes, dolls, matchbox cars, etc.
