Description:

This kid-friendly craft project is a great way for children to say "Thank You" to their teacher, principal, or the faculty at their school for helping them "BLOOM"! We all know, especially right now with distance learning, the education field is undergoing a lot. Immediately following the virtual rally, please join us at 9 am. When you arrive I will administer pen kits, you can socially distance yourself and your family, and find a spot to sit and decorate your pen(s). I will then deliver the pens to a number of school sites in Modesto. You will get to create beautiful flower writing pens to show appreciation for those who serve others daily. This is a great opportunity to teach children to appreciate the important people that help others but often go unnoticed. Let's love our educators and show them that they are appreciated! Thank you!

Love Modesto April 24th begins at 8:00 am online at LoveModesto.com/virtual-rally for our Virtual Rally. We will all meet here BEFORE GOING TO YOUR PROJECT LOCATION at 9:00 am.
 
When you arrive at your project location make sure to check in with you project leader. You will need to receive instructions from them on the specifics of your project. 
 
We kindly ask that you respect the safety of all involved in this amazing day by following health and safety protocols. While performing your project, please practice social distancing of 6+ feet, wear a face mask, and regularly sanitize your hands. If you feel at all ill, we ask you to contact your project leader and refrain from participation in this day.
